Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using KnownX MPT ("the Platform") operated by KNOWN Corporation Ltd. ("KNOWN," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

KnownX MPT is an orbital simulation and mission planning tool for Low Earth Orbit missions. The Platform is provided in several tiers: Free Trial, Academic, Pro, and Enterprise. Features and access levels vary by tier as described on our product page.

3. Accounts and Registration

You may need to register for an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Platform
• Circumvent access controls or usage limitations
• Redistribute or resell Platform access without written authorization
• Use the Platform to simulate or plan activities that violate international law

5. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its software, design, content, and brand assets, is owned by KNOWN Corporation Ltd. and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Output generated by you through the Platform remains your intellectual property, subject to the terms of your license.

6. Limitation of Liability

KNOWN provides the Platform "as is" without warranty of any kind. In no event shall KNOWN be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to mission failures, data loss, or consequential damages.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform for violation of these terms, at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Rwanda. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Kigali, Rwanda.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Platform.
